The Five Rhythms......
I love this practice. The first time I danced the Five Rhythms nearly 12 years ago my whole body was filled with an energetic 'YES'.... The dance touched me deeply and profoundly. So deeply, that I would like to share that taste of connection between mind, heart and body with you.
